 I marathoned Doctor Who last year, so I knew about the series from the many in universe, fanfic and meta references to the show. But when I tried watching it a few months back, I couldn't. get through the first two episodes. I would very much like to read a fic where Amy meets Jamie.

It's not just that they're both Scottish, there's something about their personalities that seems similar, though I can't put my finger on it. I just think it would be interesting to bounce the two of them off each other.
